I’ve got a super easy dream garage for you today that includes my favorite horsepower range! Two vehicle garage ( minimum ). Vehicles may not exceed $55,500 (USD equivalent) in total list prices. One vehicle must make between 500 hp and 599 hp OEM. Hnnng, I love this segment so I’m excited to see what 500hp range vehicle you pick. Happy hunting and don’t forget to enjoy yo’selves!!

*Yes, you may use the lead image as long as it’s within the total list price budget.

As much as I love anything and everything Town Car, you had better have some suspension bits in there as well if you gave it 500+ hp. Those cars are seriously twitchy and unstable over 85 mph.

Mmmm, love those in white or black. Funny though that I prefer the DTS in anything but those two colors.

It's too bad there was a 599 hp limit. A 06 S65 is sitting ever so out of bounds at 604 lol.

A minimum of 899 Cubes (I think the Caddy just has the base 472) of American excellence, well under budget.

I’m going to add the additional challenge of not only having one vehicle in the 500 to 599 hp range, but having two vehicles sharing that range.

That means if I have a 500 hp vehicle, I have 99 hp left over for the second vehicle. If I have a 598 hp vehicle, well, I’m getting a moped.

And, to make this harder, I’m interpreting your list price as “original MSRP”, even though I know you just mean asking price... with the exception that I need to stay within the limits on asking prices, too (so no collector cars that were worth $400 and are now worth $100,000).

2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10, manual transmission, 500 hp on the nose, $45,795 MSRP ($21,695 for one now): (really, I just love how V10s sound, and a 500 hp challenge is perfect for V10s)

Kinja'd!!!

Now, the trick is the second car. Going off of MSRP, I’ve got $9705 of original MSRP to play with. Going off of current price, I have $33,805 of current sale price to play with. And, I have the full 99 hp available to me.

I think I’ll go for a 1962 Mini Cooper, 55 hp (somehow fits the theme) originally, although the one I found on eBay for $13,995 (with an original MSRP of somewhere in the $1300 to $1700 range I think?) has a 1293 cc engine swapped in almost certainly making... more, but stock is what you care about for this challenge.

Kinja'd!!!

Yeah, that’ll do. Meets both MSRP and current price criteria, and 555 hp stock.
